What Size Options are available for the frames?

All our Frames have the standard width of 8” and variance from 20” to 44”

How to you ship my frame to me?

All frame orders are dispatched via Australia Post within Australia only.

How long will it take to receive my order from payment?

Once your payment has been processed, We will process your order as quickly as possible. This process may take up to 10 business days to manufacture your product. This does not include postage or courier delivery times. Any variation in this time will be advised in writing

Where are you based?

Our office is based in Pitt Town NSW, Australia. Due to the weight and size of our frames, we can only dispatch frames within Australia.

Can I purchase the individual letters only?

Yes, we sell the Letters separately for $5.00 each plus postage.

Are the photographs copyrighted?

Yes, all of our photographs, images and website are copyrighted and cannot be copied, duplicated or distributed without the written permission of Alphabet Country.

What will you do with my personal information?

Privacy is a very serious issue and we will not disclose your personal information to third party, unless required to do so by law
